Leadership Team

Led by our Pacific Managing Director, Alain Moffroid, our Leadership Team is structured to effectively deliver our promise of making businesses better and homes safer by creating safer, healthier and more hygienic places to work and live.

They work together to ensure our teams are performing well alongside one another and contributing to the overall success of our company.

Managing Director - Pacific

  • Alain Moffroid - Alain joined Rentokil Initial in January 2013. He spent 23 years with Unilever, first in Belgium then Australia from 2000, in various roles from marketing to sales and general management. Alain took the leadership of the Pacific Board when he joined the company early in 2013.

Head of Operations - Australia

  • David Peterson - David is the longest serving member of the Pacific Board having been with Rentokil Initial for 27 years. David started as a Sales Consultant and his last role was Managing Director for Pest Control Australia. David now leads all the branches throughout the Australian business.

Finance Director - Pacific

  • Andrew Stone - Andrew commenced with Rentokil Initial in 2013 joining us from Unilever where he held various sales and finance roles over 18 years.

HR & SHE Director - Pacific

  • Genine Lopes - Genine joined the Leadership team in 2014 but has spent the last 9 years with Rentokil Initial, driving safety with passion and diligence. Prior to that, Genine worked with Woolworths and Westfield, also in the field of safety.

Managing Director - New Zealand and Fiji

  • Craig Wilson - Craig joined Rentokil Initial and the Pacific Board 12 months ago. Prior to joining Craig worked for Vodafone in NZ after spending 10 years working for Sainsbury in the UK.

Head of Marketing - Pacific

  • Kate Levy - Kate joined Rentokil Initial in 2011 and stepped into the role of Head of Marketing for Pacific in November 2014. Over the past 13 years Kate has worked in Australia and the UK across the public and private sectors. These have included FMCG, a Sector Skills Council and the Australian Trade Commission (Austrade) managing the marketing for the government's business networking program at the Beijing Olympics.
