It is a flexible system that uses pipes which have emitters fabricated into the pipe. These emitters distribute the chemical evenly at a measured rate. As the system is closed, there is no spraying of chemical and less chance for a chemical spill.
Chemical levels are topped up every 3-5 years to maintain effectiveness, although it is imperative to have yearly termite inspections in order to monitor your home.
